b.effect Brewing Company

b.effect Brewing Company a small regional beverage manufacturer based in Wānaka in the South Island of New Zealand.  Their team of six operates out of our Wānaka brewery, producing and distributing canned and kegged beverages, including beer and kombucha, to pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes across the country.

Managing inventory and orders were their pain points. They have hundreds of ingredients, packaging inputs and SKUs that they need to order, assemble and sell, and prior to utilising Unleashed they were using a series of spreadsheets to do so. This was inaccurate, time consuming and had a high margin for error. Data entry and record keeping were the main processes that were slowing b.effect down. Having to manage the transfer of information manually was extremely difficult, time consuming and highly inefficient.

This has meant the team at b.effect now have more time to service customers, make robust business plans and really focus on growing the business not just running it. Their customers are getting orders and invoices in a much more timely manner, there are far less out-of-stock situations, and they now have the ability to create better plans with their customers.
